JAPAN SC AWARDS
Japan Council of Shopping Centers (JCSC) has established Japan SC Awards in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of its founding.
The awards intend to contribute to a further advancement of the SC industry by honoring those SC indicative of the future SC image and social function.
The awards will be awarded every 2 years.
The following provisions will be considered as the main criteria:
- Is the concept of the SC as provider of the local market and consumer, clearly established and developed in its business policy?
- Are efforts being made to provide a tenant mix with a high degree of originality and business status?
Is sufficient attention paid to improving the propagation of the SC brand image ? - The degree of customer satisfaction in the context of a SC aiming at improved customer service.
- The SC business results.
- Appropriate measures with regard to senior citizens and barrier free access in addition to the creation of an environment agreeable to local citizens. To what extent does the SC contribute to the region by rendering service and invigorating the local community?
