Outline of application for the Exhibition

1．Exhibition fee

(1) A basic booth (9m²) : Entrance 3m, Depth 3m, Height 2.7m

●Fee includes a primary side electrical work fee and electric power fee to be consumed (to 1kw).

＊ If you make an application for the Exhibition by August 31, you are entitled to get a discount fee.

(2) A larger booth than four basic booths

(3) An Incubate booth

●Fee includes a primary side electrical work fee and electric power fee to be consumed (to 1kw)

Exhibitors for an incubate booth are such as specialty stores (are going to open a shop for the first time in SC or are managing a shop below five stores) and environment-related venture businesses.

The SC Business Fair Executive Committee will decide whether the exhibitors are qualified as an incubate booth or not.

2．Location and allotment of booths

The SC Business Fair Executive Committee will decide and adjust locations and will inform the exhibitors about it at a later date.

In case of a larger booth, we would appreciate it if you could make an application for the exhibition until August 31, 2009.

3．Application for the Exhibition

• (1)Deadline
  The first deadline: August 31, 2009
  The final deadline: October 15, 2009
  ＊ Even though before the application deadline, if the number of predicted exhibitors is exceeded, the application will be refused.

  Please request the application form by fax etc.
